KvikOrder runs on hardware you already own where possible. For the POS tier — kiosk and waiter mode — you'll need at least one tablet and a SumUp terminal. Already have them? Connect them in minutes. If not, we sell and rent everything below.

What you actually need

Online tier

Nothing extra. Online ordering runs on the phone, tablet or laptop you already use to manage the business.

POS tier

At least one tablet — not a phone, the kiosk and waiter screens aren't mobile responsive — plus a SumUp terminal for card payments. Want a kitchen display instead of a printer? A second tablet does that too — no separate license, same setup.

Tablet

From your own device

Any modern Android tablet or iPad. Runs the self-service kiosk, waiter mode, or a kitchen order display — same tablet, different screen depending on how you set it up. A tablet is required — phones aren't supported, the interface isn't built for a phone-sized screen.
